To book your EPC, please contact us via email on admin@jtrpropertyservices.co.uk

When contacting us it is vital that we have all the information we need or the appointment may not be able to go ahead on the day. Due to this, we request that the following info is stated in all initial contact:

Full address of property
Availability for appointment
Access for property (occupied or vacant)
Reason for EPC being requested
Any other site notes that you feel may be important

Once we have all of this information, a member of our team will respond to confirm price and appointment.
